A little learning.
A little making.
A lot of curiosity.
Osmia, LLC is home to Osmia Learning and Jo & Em Home. From science lessons to handmade crochet, our family’s businesses are connected by curiosity, creativity, and care for the things we make.
Two creative paths.
A shared family story.
Osmia Learning
Osmia Learning is our education division. Its work includes science lessons, visual notes, worksheets, presentations, and supporting materials for teachers.
The topics range from variables and fair tests to graphing, scientific investigation, and claim-evidence-reasoning. It’s work that turns scientific ideas into resources people can learn and teach with.
Jo & Em Home
Jo & Em Home is our family’s crochet business, also under Osmia, LLC. It brings the creativity of handmade work to the company—a different expression of the time and care that go into making something.
The two businesses have different audiences and their own identities. Osmia is their shared home, and this website is a place to discover both.
